As we move from lockdown level 4 to level 3 a significant number of workplaces will be re-opening.
The regulations require that each workplace should be made ready for the employees’ return and in addition places certain obligations on the employer to construct a plan stating what arrangements have been made and also noting certain information relating to the employees.
