Extension of the COVID-19 TERS benefit
On 21 July 2020, the Department of Employment and Labour announced that the Covid-19 TERS benefit will be extended to 15 August 2020.
The benefit structure and criteria will remain the same as it was for April, May and June 2020. The new applications have not yet been opened and no information is available on the COVID-19 TERS website to indicate when the new applications will be accepted. The Department Employment and Labour are considering closing the April, May and June applications at the end of July 2020. The valid applications already received will still be processed.
We are able to assist small, medium and large businesses in TERS claims.
To ascertain whether you are eligible to claim from the Temporary Relief Scheme during the COVID-19 pandemic and for assistance in doing so, please contact our offices.
